Staff get their username from the MEAL Officer. Group chairpersons, secretaries and members get theirs from the field officer. Sign in once with internet; after that the app works offline.

For the group selected above. The chairperson, secretary and treasurer open the box with their PINs at every meeting. Stand-ins, such as key holders, can sign for an absent officer.
Hand the phone to the officer so they type their own PIN. Nobody else should see it. Saving a new person for a post replaces the previous one.
Give a member of the group selected above their own username. Needs internet.
Write the username and password down for the person. A new chairperson or secretary replaces the previous one's login.
Admins only. Pick a member to see every entry recorded for them, then edit or delete the wrong one. Every change is kept in the change log.
Past entries keep the amounts already recorded. A new interest rate applies to how all of this group's loan balances are calculated.
